Budowa osiedla Miasto Ogród 5 w Ożarowie Mazowieckim

The Miasto Ogród 5 estate is being developed in a vibrant part of Ożarów – a town loved by young families with children and people working in the capital or remotely. It is a place full of amenities, with convenient access to Warsaw. Miasto Ogród 5 offers spacious houses with a total area of 109 or 134 m², each with its own garden, garage, and a parking space right at the entrance. Access to the estate is planned from Widok Street and Dmowski Street. Only two houses with a garden and garage remain available. Completion of construction is scheduled for 2026.

How is construction progressing in Ożarów?

We have completed the installation of the roofing, and electrical work is already underway inside the buildings. We have also started façade and plastering works, and insulation is being laid on the garage roofs. The work is progressing at an impressive pace, and each week the estate gets closer to its final appearance.
