Construction progress at the Wille przy Lesie estate – the first stage almost sold out!

In Jazgarzewszczyzna, south of Warsaw, a new housing estate of single-family homes is being developed – Wille przy Lesie. Each house features a rooftop terrace, two parking spaces, underfloor heating with a heat pump, and a private garden. It’s a combination of modern technology, high-quality workmanship, and a functional interior layout.

Interest in the project is enormous – only one house remains from the first stage, and two more stages have just gone on sale. There’s still a wide selection available, but the pace of sales shows it’s worth acting fast.

What is the progress on the construction site?

Recently, our team visited the construction site to see and document the latest work. The project is progressing according to schedule, and the buildings from the first stage of construction have already taken shape.

The main progress in buildings 1–4:

- Masonry work on external and partition walls has been completed.
- PVC window joinery and door frames have been installed in most buildings.
- Roof coverings have been completed on almost all buildings.
- Vertical installations have been made – water and sewage, central heating, and ventilation systems.
- Work on waterproofing insulation of the ground floor has begun.

In the coming weeks, we plan to:

- install aluminum joinery in the attics,
- start facade work,
- carry out internal electrical installations,
- complete utility networks: water, sewage, electrical, and power systems around the buildings.

In the next stage of the project, structural work is progressing rapidly – walls, ceilings, and new house levels are being constructed.

Completion of the first stage of construction is planned for the second half of 2026.
