After the huge interest sparked by the first edition of the Boska Ksawerowska housing estate, we are proud to present a new development – Boska Ksawerowska 2. The estate will consist of 60 two-story units with a functional layout and stairs located in the living room. The entire development forms a cozy, cohesive community.
How much do parking spaces cost?
Each house includes one or two above-ground parking spaces at a price of 20,000 PLN each. Purchasing assigned parking is mandatory.
When is the construction expected to be completed?
Construction has just begun, and home sales are already underway. The planned completion date for construction is early 2027.
