Manufaktura Marki 2 – estate under construction – work progress

On a sunny April day, we visited the construction site of Manufaktura Marki 2 on Stawowa Street in Marki, to check on the progress. Completion of construction is planned for the end of 2025. Many families have already chosen their new home at Manufaktura Marki 2 and are waiting for new neighbors — maybe even you!

Everything is currently progressing according to schedule. The buildings from stages one and two already have completed roofs, and construction teams are working on finishing the facades. Just look at those beautiful brick-effect walls, which reference the industrial heritage of Marki!

Inside, we’ve already completed plastering and screeds, and installed thermal ceiling insulation. We’re getting closer and closer to reaching the developer’s standard, you can read more about what this means here).

In the third stage of construction, we are already installing windows and working on the roof trusses, partition walls, tie beams, and staircases. In the newest parts of the development, we have laid the foundation slabs, are erecting load-bearing walls, and reinforcing the ceilings. With each passing week, the houses and apartments are looking more and more like the stunning visualizations on our website.
