A comfortable and secure parking space is a real asset nowadays, especially in the Warsaw metropolitan area, where finding a free spot near a building can be a daily challenge. Parking space prices in Warsaw are constantly rising
In the primary market, parking space prices have been increasing year by year. Today, it’s difficult to buy a parking space in Warsaw for less than PLN 30,000 – and that’s in the city’s peripheral districts. Current rates are as follows:
- Bielany / Białołęka / Ursus / Włochy / Targówek: from PLN 30,000 to PLN 45,000
- Mokotów / Żoliborz / Praga Północ / Praga Południe: from PLN 45,000 to PLN 65,000
- Śródmieście / Wola / Wilanów: PLN 60,000 to even PLN 90,000 for wider or family-sized spaces
- Family spaces (for two cars): PLN 80,000 – PLN 120,000 in top locations
For comparison – at Novisa Development, standard above-ground parking spaces cost from PLN 20,000 to PLN 25,000, spaces in a multi-level parking lot are PLN 40,000, and garage spaces range from PLN 50,000 to PLN 65,000 – noticeably lower than in the capital.
Parking on the secondary market
