Ksawerów One will be built on Pocztowa Street, in the part of Ksawerów where you can take care of most of your everyday errands on foot. Ksawerów has its own municipal office, a school, nurseries and local employers. At the same time, it has kept its low-rise buildings and a calmer pace than a big city.

The No. 41 tram connects Ksawerów with Łódź and Pabianice. According to the timetable, the ride from the Łódzka – Widzew-Żdżary stop to Niepodległości Square (pl. Niepodległości) in Łódź takes about 19–22 minutes, and in the other direction the tram takes you to Pabianice. For couples where one person works in Łódź and the other in Pabianice, it’s a convenient spot right in the middle.
After work, you can head to a workout at SHAPE Fitness & Wellness (approx. 3 min by car), take the kids trampolining at AIR JUMP (approx. 3 min by car) or go for a walk in the Zygmunt Kortyński Park (Park im. mec. Zygmunta Kortyńskiego). Dog owners will appreciate the Pod Brzozami veterinary clinic, about a 7-minute walk from the estate.
For a longer break surrounded by greenery, it’s worth heading to the Stefański Ponds (Stawy Stefańskiego) in southern Łódź. And day to day, you have your own garden or balcony, so you don’t need to go anywhere to enjoy a moment in the fresh air.

A historic palace in Ksawerów’s Widzew
At 12 Szkolna Street, about a 19-minute walk from the estate, stands the Kindler Palace, built in 1897. The Kindler name is linked to the history of the textile industry in Pabianice, and the building itself is listed in the Łódź Voivodeship register of historic monuments. Today the address is home to a school and a crèche, so history sits right alongside very modern everyday life. It’s a great destination for a Sunday walk and a nice curiosity to show guests visiting Ksawerów for the first time.

A village with a tram
Officially, Ksawerów is a village, and it’s the only one in Poland with a tram running through it. The No. 41 line runs through the village along Łódzka Street and connects Pabianice with Łódź. Trams with other route numbers have also run here in the past. For residents, it’s simply an everyday way to get to school, to work or to the shops in the city. Visitors, on the other hand, are often surprised by the stop name Widzew-Żdżary. This Widzew isn’t the district of Łódź but one of the parts of Ksawerów, just like Żdżary and Teklin.
