  • 2026

    Occupancy Permit – Łódź

    Our first units in Łódź received their occupancy permits. Handover procedures have begun, and happy residents will soon move into their new homes. Łódź has welcomed us very positively – thank you for your trust!

  • 2025

    Entry into the Tri-City Market

    Following our success in Łódź, we are not slowing down. We are commencing the development of our first housing estate in the Tri-City – starting in Gdańsk. This marks another step in the growth of Novisa Development and confirms our readiness to operate in new markets. What’s next? Time will tell.

    Awarded WIZJERY ’25

    We received the WIZJERY ’25 award in the category “Best Promotional Campaign for an Investment.” The campaign for the Nova Magdalenka 5 estate was recognized – a testament to our commitment to marketing, team creativity, and graphic sensibility and skills that effectively translate into brand communication quality.

    Entry into the Łódź Market

    In 2023, we obtained two building permits in Łódź, initiating a new phase of company development outside the Warsaw metropolitan area. The development of the Boska Ksawerowska estate on Pabianicka Street marks the beginning of our journey with this dynamic city.

    Awarded WIZJERY '22

    We received the WIZJERY ’22 award in the category “Best Use of Ecotrends in a Development Investment.” The distinction was awarded for introducing rain gardens in the Miasto Ogród investment in Ożarów Mazowiecki – an innovative solution supporting ecology and sustainable development.

    We Become Our Own Contractor

    We are commencing our own construction work, becoming even more independent. From this point, most of our projects are executed using our own personnel resources, which ensures an increasingly higher quality of execution.

    Developer of the Year Award

    We received the Developer of the Year title awarded by the Central National Certification Office. This prestigious distinction confirms our leading position in single-family housing construction and the high standards of our completed investments.

    Award for Potoki Residence

    Our Potoki Residence investment was honored with the award for Most Prestigious Investment 2014 in the “Wojna Domowa 2014” competition organized by Otodom.pl. This is an important confirmation of our consistency in creating high-standard projects that combine comfort, functionality, and modern design.

    Premium Segment

    We are developing our first premium segment project – Potoki Residence in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Subsequent years will bring further luxury projects: Ville pod Skocznią and Wille Wilanów. It brings us immense satisfaction and pride that these investments have been so well received by clients.

    We decided to fulfill our dream of owning a true home. To this end, we established the development company Nasze Miasteczko Development – later Novisa Development – and quickly realized how many people shared the same dream. Utilizing our existing knowledge and skills – we began our operations!
