How is the construction of Osiedle Młodych in Janczewice progressing?
Construction work is being carried out according to schedule, and the site is full of activity. Here’s how progress looks across different stages:
Stages 1–5 – Ongoing installation works inside the apartments – installation of radiators, gas boilers, and electrical fittings,
– At the same time, road works are being carried out outside – excavation, base preparation, paving stone installation, and green area leveling.
Stages 6–7 – Water and sewage networks have been completed,
– Finishing works are in progress – external façades and gypsum plastering inside the apartments.
Stages 8–10 – Roofing works are in progress,
– Window joinery has been installed,
– Electrical installations under plaster are being fitted,
– Façade works have begun.
