The finish line is in sight! Manufaktura Marki 2 is a development where stages 1, 2 and 3 are already ready for handover, while the buildings in stage 4 will be handed over to their new owners later this year. Only the final finishing touches remain on site: we are tidying up the area, completing the outdoor spaces and preparing the development to welcome its residents.

Manufaktura Marki 2 is being built in Marki at Stawowa Street. It offers 114 three-room apartments ranging from 46 to 56 m², ideal for a first home. Ground-floor apartments come with private gardens ranging from 33 to 337 m², while the upper-floor apartments have balconies of over 6 m².
This development is a great fit for young families. Our main focus is currently on the outdoor areas. We are completing the development’s landscaping, putting the finishing touches to the greenery and shared spaces, tidying up the construction site and preparing every corner for handover to the residents.
This is the moment when the development starts to look exactly like the visualisations. We are cleaning up, making the final adjustments and getting ready to hand over the entire development.
