We know that buying an apartment or a house is one of the biggest decisions in life, so we want to give you the space to ask questions without any pressure. At the fair, there’s no need to book a meeting or reserve a time slot. Simply come by while shopping and stop for a chat whenever it suits you.

At our stand, you’ll meet experienced sales advisors who work every day with people looking for homes around Warsaw. They’ll be happy to tell you about:

  • currently available homes and apartments together with prices,
  • financing options and support programmes (including the Family Housing Loan),
  • handover schedules,
  • turnkey finishing packages and customer modifications,
  • and anything else worth knowing before making your decision.

We’ve also prepared special limited-time offers available during the fair, so it’s definitely worth visiting us.

Which developments will we present

At our stand, we’ll present all of our developments across the Warsaw metropolitan area, because everyone is looking for something different. Below you’ll find a short introduction to four selected estates located closest to the fair venue – from houses in Białołęka and ready-to-move-in apartments in Marki to two affordable options for those looking to buy a home or apartment at a very attractive price.

Manufaktura Marki 2 – modern apartments in Marki

This is our completed development on Stawowa Street in Marki – the very same town where the fair takes place. The estate offers 3-room apartments ranging from 46 to 56 m², with private gardens on the ground floor or spacious balconies over 6 metres long on the upper floor. Surrounded by the Mareckie Forest and Lake Czarne, it’s also just a short walk from a preschool, playground, and sports field. The development is eligible for the Family Housing Loan programme – ask our sales advisor for details.

Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 – houses in Białołęka

If you’re dreaming of your own house with a garden while staying within Warsaw city limits, Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 in Białołęka may be exactly what you’re looking for. The estate features 106 terraced houses ranging from 64 to 81 m², each with a private garden (22–127 m²). You can reach Warsaw city centre in about 22 minutes by car. The development borders a forest and green areas, and a new retail and service park is being built just 300 metres away.

Domy na Witosa – housing estate in Radzymin

If you’re looking for a house or apartment at a truly affordable price without compromising everyday comfort, Domy na Witosa in Radzymin is well worth discovering. The development offers homes ranging from 53 to 82 m² with 3 or 4 rooms. Ground-floor apartments come with private gardens (30–167 m²), while upper-floor homes feature spacious balconies (5–8 m²). A preschool is just a 2-minute walk away, and Radzymin railway station is approximately 1 km from the estate, giving you convenient access to Warsaw by both train and the S8 expressway. The development is also eligible for the Family Housing Loan programme.

Osiedle Stokrotki – modern prefabricated estate

For those dreaming of true peace and quiet with a private garden, we present Osiedle Stokrotki in Boryszew, just beyond Wawer and Radość, close to Józefów. The estate includes 144 homes, most of them built using prefabricated technology, ensuring consistent quality and excellent acoustic insulation. You can choose between cosy 3-room homes (60 m²) and spacious 5-room homes (72 m²), each with its own private garden (from 19 up to 272 m²) and two parking spaces. It’s an ideal choice for people who value tranquillity, nature, and low maintenance costs.

How to prepare for a conversation with a sales advisor

To help you make the most of your visit, we’ve prepared a few practical tips. You don’t have to do all of them, but the more you think about your needs beforehand, the more tailored our answers will be.

  1. Define your needs – think about how many rooms you need, whether you want a garden or a balcony, and whether you’re planning to work from home or grow your family.
  2. Check your budget – it’s worth knowing how much deposit you have and whether you’re interested in mortgage support.
  3. Consider the location – commuting time, proximity to schools and preschools, and access to public transport.
  4. Prepare a list of questions – ask about service charges, payment schedules, customer modifications, turnkey finishing, or handover dates.
  5. Bring a notebook or your phone – so you can save apartment numbers and return to them later at home.
