Domy na Witosa is one of our housing estates near Warsaw. It offers houses and apartments in semi-detached buildings, built in stages. And that means one thing: a lot is happening on the construction site at the same time. In some buildings we are already laying floor screeds and finishing the facades, while in others we are only just pouring the foundations.
Let’s see what stage the construction of apartments in Radzymin has reached. Below you will find the latest update from the site manager, a table summarising the work and a photo report from the construction site.

Domy na Witosa – apartments with a garden or balcony in Radzymin
The estate is being built on Witosa Street in Radzymin, about 1 km from the railway station. It has a barrier at the entrance, a playground at its heart and common areas designed by a landscape architect. The nearest kindergarten is about 100 m away (literally across the street), and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk. You can get to Warsaw by train or via the S8 expressway.
We offer houses and apartments from 53 to 82 m², with 3 or 4 rooms. High ceilings (2.75–2.78 m) and large windows make the interiors bright and spacious. Choose a ground-floor unit and you get a private garden from 30 to 167 m²; on the upper floor, a balcony from 5 to 8 m².

What stage is the construction of apartments in Radzymin at?
We are building Domy na Witosa in stages, so different parts of the estate are currently at very different points of construction. Stage 1 is the most advanced – work there has already moved indoors and onto the facades. In the later stages, we are pouring foundations and erecting structures.

Stages 1 and 2 – plastering, facades and roofs
In the Stage 1 buildings, we are plastering the units and laying the sub-floor layer. This is the moment when the interiors start to look like real homes – it becomes easier and easier to imagine where the sofa will go and where you will put your desk for remote work.
At the same time, we are finishing the facades. Work on the roofs is also under way – we are building roof trusses and laying the roofing – while inside we are putting up partition walls, which already clearly show the layout of the rooms.
Stage 3 – ground-floor structures
In the Stage 3 buildings, the foundation slabs have already been poured. We are now building the ground-floor structures, so you can see the buildings growing day by day.
Stages 4 and 5 – foundation slabs and infrastructure
In Stages 4 and 5, we are working on the foundation slabs – the base of the future houses and apartments. At the same time, we are installing utility networks in the estate roads, which will give residents convenient access and a full set of utilities.

We hand over the units fully prepared for finishing work: with plastered walls, floor screeds, installed windows and external doors, and a complete set of electrical, plumbing and heating installations.
