Osiedle Słoneczne – family homes with gardens
Osiedle Słoneczne in Sulejówek features homes designed for comfortable family life. The ground floor includes a living area with an open-plan living room and an additional toilet, while the west-facing gardens become a natural extension of the living space on warm days – a place for playing together, relaxing or enjoying a family dinner outdoors.
You can choose from homes with 3 or 4 rooms, two parking spaces, and some also feature a garden storage room for tools and equipment. This is a real home with its own garden, located in a town with a rich history and tradition.
Warsaw can be conveniently reached by car or by a direct urban train from the railway station, located approximately 2 km from the estate. Within walking distance, you will find, among other things, a parcel locker, a grocery store and a kindergarten. Just a few minutes by car are the primary school, swimming pool, gym and Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre.
For a family walk, bike ride or picnic, you can head to Glinianki Park, located approximately 2.5 km away. That is just a 5-minute drive or around 10 minutes by bike.
What does the construction of Osiedle Słoneczne in Sulejówek look like?
More and more changes can be seen at the construction site. Different parts of the estate are at different stages, but the first buildings are already very close to their final appearance.
In the most advanced buildings, the façades have already been completed, and we are currently finishing the installation of plasterboard ceilings. At the same time, earthworks related to the installation of external utilities are underway.
In the next buildings, plastering and flooring works have already been completed. We are finishing the façades, while inside we have started installing plasterboard ceilings.
In the next section of the estate, we have started work on the façades, while plastering works are already well advanced – they have been completed in around 40% of the units.
The next row of homes is also quickly taking shape. We will soon complete the construction of the partition walls there. We are also starting to install the roof coverings, and the windows have already been installed.
The newest part of the estate is at an earlier stage. In one of the rows, we have completed the load-bearing walls of the upper floor and will soon begin constructing the ring beam. In the next one, we have already completed the foundation slab and finished the load-bearing walls of the ground floor.
As you can see, there is a lot happening at Osiedle Słoneczne. With each successive stage of construction, it becomes easier to imagine the finished homes, private gardens and everyday life that will soon take place here for good.
