Wille przy Lesie is one of those developments we particularly enjoy visiting. Especially when the greenery around it takes on intense colours and the trees create a natural setting for the homes taking shape. From above, it looks truly exceptional – so today we are sharing the latest drone photos (and more!) along with an update on the progress of the construction work.
This article is for those who have already chosen their home and are eagerly waiting to collect the keys. But also for those who are still considering their options. This is really the last moment – there are only two homes left for sale in the development.
So, let’s take a look at what the construction near Piaseczno looks like today.
Wille przy Lesie – an intimate premium development
Wille przy Lesie consists of just 28 homes surrounded by trees, right next to detached houses. The intimate scale of the development encourages a peaceful pace of life and provides a sense of privacy, while the location also makes it easy to reach the city. The development is just 4.5 km from Warsaw’s Ursynów district, around 10 minutes by car from the centre of Piaseczno and approximately 30 minutes from central Warsaw.
The homes feature 6 rooms: a spacious living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a study and a large attic room with its own terrace. There are also three bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and a utility room.
Large panoramic windows, high ceilings and exposure to three sides of the world fill the interiors with natural light. Each home also has two convenient parking spaces right by the entrance and a large corner garden, which becomes a natural extension of the living area on warm days.

Construction near Piaseczno – what does Wille przy Lesie look like today?
Work at Wille przy Lesie is progressing simultaneously across different stages. The first buildings are already nearing the end of the finishing works, while the next ones are taking shape and moving on to subsequent stages of construction.
Buildings 1–4 are currently at the stage of finishing works. We are carrying out cement floor screeds and dry attic construction. In the near future, we will begin installing doors, heat pumps, electrical equipment and terrace railings.
Buildings 5–9 already have completed roofs, windows and electrical installations. We are finishing the internal plastering and façade works. We have also just started floor insulation and the installation of underfloor heating systems.
Buildings 10–14 are at the least advanced stage. We are finishing the construction of their structures and roof trusses. Inside, partition walls, electrical installations, water and sewage risers and central heating systems are already being installed. We have started roofing works and window installation, and next month we plan to begin façade works.
The area around the buildings is also changing. Paving works are underway, while the completed roadbeds for roads and parking spaces are preparing the site for the next stages of work. We are beginning to level the ground in the gardens.
We are also finishing the construction of the technical infrastructure networks – including water supply, sanitary and stormwater sewage systems, as well as power and telecommunications infrastructure. Next month, we plan to begin laying paving stones.
With every visit, it becomes easier to imagine the completed development – homes surrounded by greenery, private gardens and quiet streets that will soon be filled with the everyday life of their residents.
