A lot has changed since our last winter construction update. Today, instead of snow surrounding the development, everything is green, and more homes are taking shape week by week. Arkady Walendów – a residential estate for families near Warsaw
Arkady Walendów is a residential estate designed for people looking for more space, peace and quiet, and a safe place to live without giving up convenient access to Warsaw. It is an ideal choice for young families, remote workers, couples planning to have children, and anyone who simply wants to live closer to nature.
The estate is being built on a quiet street, surrounded by forests and low-rise single-family housing, right next to the small Utrata River. Directly opposite the estate there is a new kindergarten, while just a short walk away you will find a large recreational area with a playground, benches, and places to relax. A bus stop is located only 200 metres away.
Our development includes terraced, semi-detached and detached houses ranging from 85 to 146 m², each with its own private garden. Buyers can choose from layouts with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms, all featuring two-storey designs with a natural separation between living and private areas.
How is construction progressing at Arkady Walendów?
Construction work is progressing simultaneously across several stages of the development.
In the first buildings, we have started facade works and are preparing for internal plastering.
In the next group of buildings, we have completed the installation of windows and have begun preparations for the plinth insulation.
Roof structures and roof coverings are currently under construction, while window installation continues in other buildings.
In the following sections of the estate, reinforced concrete and masonry works are nearing completion.
Further parts of the development already have the foundation slab sub-base completed.
At the same time, internal building installations are being carried out throughout the entire estate. We are also installing underground utility networks, including water supply, sanitary sewer and stormwater drainage systems.
