Ogrody Przyjaciół is a well-known residential development in the green part of Białołęka – beyond the Żerań Canal and in direct proximity to a pine forest.
Previous phases of this development project consisted of classic terraced houses with gardens, which have already become home to 365 families. It is a place that has attracted people for years who are looking for peace, greenery, and a more intimate type of housing.
What does the construction of Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 look like today? The estate is located very close to our sales office. A short walk is enough to see the progress of the works. Below you will find the latest photos and a brief description of the project.
Terraced houses in Warsaw – suburban atmosphere in a city setting
Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 is a place you will love for its suburban feel while still having a Warsaw address.
This is a proposal for people who want to live in Warsaw, but not necessarily in an apartment block. It fulfills a dream that might seem impossible to achieve – your own house in Warsaw, and at a very reasonable price.
As part of the Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 project, 106 homes with three or four rooms are being built. Each segment is two-storey and comes with its own garden.
This solution is especially appreciated by young families with children and pet owners. A private outdoor space in the summer becomes a natural extension of the living room – a place for relaxation, play, and family gatherings.
In the immediate vicinity there is a playground, parcel lockers just around the corner, and a ZTM bus stop with city buses running approximately every 15 minutes. For quick shopping, you can go to a nearby Biedronka (3 minutes by car) or Białołęcka Shopping Center (5 minutes).
This is the part of Warsaw that offers a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, without giving up its conveniences.
What is happening at the construction site in Białołęka?
Work on the development site is at various stages of progress.
In the first rows, we have completed the gas network connection, built a transformer station, and implemented the electrical network for the entire estate.
In the next phase, we completed the internal plastering.
The fourth stage includes roof covering with sheet metal, construction of ceilings, and masonry work.
