In June, our team visited the construction site to see the progress firsthand. Construction of Osiedle Młodych began in the second half of 2024 and significant changes are already visible. The entire process is proceeding according to schedule, and each stage is moving forward dynamically.
– Stage 1 – units are now in developer standard, with finished flooring and smooth walls.
– Stages 2 and 3 – interior plastering is complete, screeds are drying and being prepared for further finishing work.
– Stages 4 and 5 – electrical and plumbing installations are in place, and the buildings have received an elegant, modern white facade.
– Stages 6 and 7 – roof installation is underway, and buildings are secured against weather – the so-called sealed shell stage.
Structural work on Garage G1, which will serve the residents, has also been completed.
Week by week, Osiedle Młodych is taking shape. The layout of future walking paths, access roads, and the outline of the green leisure zone is already visible. Finishing work is picking up speed – we are heading toward the next milestones.
