We have gathered in one place what you can still buy from us, how much it costs including the mandatory parking spaces, and what makes each development stand out. At Osiedle Młodych and Zielone Ogrody, the homes are already ready for handover, so you do not have to wait for construction to finish.

Osiedle Młodych, Janczewice: flats ready for handover
Osiedle Młodych is a development with a pond and a jetty, less than 4 km from Warsaw’s Ursynów district. Construction is complete and the flats have an occupancy permit. That is good news if you want to move in quickly.
There are 9 three-room flats left for sale.
Each flat comes with two mandatory spaces: two parking spaces at PLN 20,000 each, or a parking space (PLN 20,000) and a garage (PLN 40,000), depending on the flat. This is why flats at the same price may differ in the final amount. You will find the details on each flat’s page on the development’s website. The service charge is just under PLN 5 per m², the bus stop is less than 100 m from the development, and you can drive to Domaniewska Street in approx. 25 minutes. Manufaktura Marki 2: flats with gardens of over 300 m²
At Manufaktura Marki 2, there are two last flats left. Both have 46 m², 3 rooms and exceptionally large gardens: 323 m² and 337 m². You step into the garden straight from the living room with a kitchenette. With a 46 m² flat, you get a garden several times larger than the flat itself.

The development is in ticket zone 1, and buses will take you to the Trocka and Kondratowicza metro stations. The estimated service charge is just under PLN 200 per month (flat with a 337 m² garden). See the flats with a large garden in Marki.
Zielone Ogrody, Łódź: the last house with a garden
Zielone Ogrody is a small development of 26 semi-detached houses in Łódź Górna, on Zygmunta Street. There is one last house left, ready for handover: 59 m², 3 rooms and a 99 m² garden. The house has energy class A, and the service charge is approx. PLN 3 per m².
The house costs PLN 579,000, or PLN 599,000 with the mandatory parking space. There is a pocket park on the estate, and nearby you will find Park na Młynku with a sports complex, a rope park and a pond. You can drive to Biedronka in approx. 2 minutes, to the Nowa Górna shopping centre in approx. 4 minutes, and to the centre of Łódź in approx. 20 minutes. The bus stop is 450 m from the development. Wille przy Lesie: the last large houses near Piaseczno
Wille przy Lesie is a small development of 28 houses in Jazgarzewszczyzna, right on the border of Piaseczno. It lies next to a forest, within the Warsaw Protected Landscape Area. There are 4 houses left for sale, each with 6 rooms, a roof terrace (14–16 m²), a heat pump and underfloor heating.

Each house comes with two parking spaces at PLN 30,000 each. The Warsaw city border is 4.5 km from the development, and the centre of Piaseczno is approx. 10 minutes away by car.
