Opening another office is a natural step in our growth. We have more and more residential developments on offer and we continue to expand into new locations within the Warsaw metropolitan area. We are also intensively developing the eastern part of the region – we are present, among others, in Radzymin, Marki, Sulejówek and Wiązowna.
The new office means greater convenience for our clients and even easier contact with our advisors.
Where are Novisa Development sales offices located?
Currently, we invite you to visit our offices:
- in Nowa Wola, at 126 Krasickiego Street – just outside Warsaw, next to Piaseczno
- in Warsaw’s Białołęka district at 6 Brzeziny Street
- and in the newly opened office in Białołęka at 49 Cieślewskich Street
The new space is located on the ground floor of a completed multi-family building in the Apartamenty Przyjaciół development and is our second sales point in this part of Warsaw. It is directly adjacent to the Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 estate – a semi-detached housing development.
There are still houses available in this estate ranging from 64 to 81 m², with spacious private gardens and a parking space included. It is an excellent offer for families looking for a home in Warsaw.
Which developments are served by the new sales office?
Our offices (with exceptions in other cities) are not assigned to specific developments. In the Warsaw metropolitan area, our advisors are familiar with all projects and can meet you at any office – you choose the one that is most convenient for you.
The exceptions are:
- the office in Łódź, which serves local apartment and housing estates
- the office at Morenowa Street in Gdańsk, where we sell Wille Stolema
Developments closest to the new Białołęka office
The new office is particularly convenient for those interested in developments on the eastern side of Warsaw. These include:
1. Domy na Witosa – currently offering 4-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden or on the upper floor with a balcony. Well-designed layouts and truly affordable prices.
2. Osiedle Stokrotki – prefabricated houses with private gardens and a parking space. Plenty of shared greenery, a nearby forest and a მშვიდ, quiet area close to Warsaw.
3. Manufaktura Marki 2 – a cozy residential estate of apartments with a garden or balcony. 3-room units ready for handover soon.
4. Osiedle Słoneczne – houses in Sulejówek, located in a quiet part of the town. Traditional architecture, charming balconies and functional storage rooms in selected units. A perfect place for those who value the atmosphere of a historic town and a family-friendly neighborhood.
5. Ogrody Przyjaciół 5 – another phase of the Ogrody Przyjaciół development – terraced houses with gardens in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
