Construction of the Residential Estate in Gdańsk – Progress Update – Wille Stolema [May 2026]

Wille Stolema is our first residential development in the Tri-City area. It is a huge step for us and at the same time the beginning of a new chapter – new locations, new investments, and new families for whom we build homes with gardens.

Construction work began at the end of last year, and today we would like to present the first documented progress. We know many people have been waiting for these updates, so it is time for the first photo report from the construction site of Wille Stolema in Gdańsk.

Intimate Residential Estate

Wille Stolema is a modern single-family housing estate located in Zabornia, Gdańsk – in a family-friendly area with excellent transport connections. It is a place designed for people who need something more than a standard apartment. The development includes spacious 5-room houses with areas ranging from 116 to 123 m², private gardens, and 2 parking spaces. 

The project was created based on our proprietary Integrated Construction Process in our own design office. This means that the house layouts were designed from the very beginning by experienced architects specializing in single-family housing. No random spaces or difficult-to-use corners. Every meter of this space has been planned to simply provide comfortable living.

Construction Progress at the Gdańsk Development

Clear progress can already be seen on the construction site:

– retaining walls are approximately 50% complete.
– foundations and ground-floor walls are already finished in the first three buildings.
– we are preparing to complete the first ceiling slab.

Each passing week brings us closer to the moment when the estate begins to take on its final appearance.
