What stage is the construction in Boryszew?

A great deal is happening on site. Individual buildings are at different stages of construction, and thanks to the use of prefabrication across much of the estate, changes are visible almost every single day.

We are currently installing internal plumbing and electrical systems, while in the traditionally built homes we have begun plastering works. Floor screed and façade works are also underway.

At the same time, we are launching new phases of the project. In Phases 6 and 7, we are currently constructing foundation slabs. Infrastructure works for the entire estate are also progressing, including the installation of the sewage, stormwater, and water supply networks, as well as utility connections to the buildings.

What are we planning in the coming weeks?

Several important milestones are ahead of us. In the coming weeks, we plan to complete the assembly of prefabricated structures in Phase 5, finish the pitched roof coverings in Phase 1, and begin the installation of suspended ceilings.
