Wille Stolema is an intimate estate of detached houses being built on the border of Gdańsk’s Jasień, Ujeścisko and Migowo districts. This is where we are building eight spacious homes with private gardens, and the construction site is changing more and more with each passing week.
Let’s take a closer look at what is currently happening on the construction site and what stage each of the buildings has reached. Below, you will find the latest construction updates and a full photo report from the construction of Wille Stolema in Gdańsk.

Intimate estate of detached houses in Gdańsk
Wille Stolema is being built in the heart of Old Jasień, a green and peaceful part of Gdańsk valued by residents for its good infrastructure and proximity to nature. It is an estate for people looking for a house with a garden without giving up the convenience of being close to the city centre. The city centre can be reached in less than 15 minutes, while the tram stop is just 300 metres from the estate.
The estate consists of 8 homes in semi-detached buildings, with 5 rooms and areas ranging from 116 to 123 m². Each home has its own garden and two private parking spaces.
The estate has low maintenance fees (approximately PLN 3.50 per m²), and once construction is completed, the homes will be handed over in developer standard, ready to be finished according to individual preferences. The planned handover date is Q2 2027.

What stage is the construction of Wille Stolema at?
Construction work is currently underway on all four buildings at Wille Stolema. Each is at a slightly different stage of development, which means that the estate is taking on an increasingly finished, final appearance with every passing week.
Buildings 1 and 2 – facade and roof nearing completion
Facade and roofing works are currently underway on buildings 1 and 2. Building 1 is already practically ready for plastering, while insulation of the walls is currently underway on building 2. The remaining work at this stage includes installing the roof covering together with the sheet-metal flashings. The good news is that we will also complete the installation of partition walls here next week.
Buildings 3 and 4 – structural work nearing completion
Buildings 3 and 4 are currently nearing the completion of their structural stage. This is where the biggest changes will take place in the near future. At the beginning of next week, we will start installing the roof trusses, while window joinery and partition walls will also be installed. This is the stage when the buildings begin to take on their final, enclosed form.
What are we planning in the coming weeks?
An intensive period lies ahead. On buildings 1 and 2, we will complete the roof covering and flashings and install the partition walls, while on buildings 3 and 4 we will begin work on the roof trusses, windows and partition walls. Across all four buildings, we are working towards completing the structural stage and preparing the homes for finishing works.
