25 Years of Novisa Development – Awards & Recognitions

When you’re looking for a house or an apartment, sooner or later you ask yourself one question: can I trust this developer? It’s a perfectly natural concern, after all, we’re talking about one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. That’s why today we’d like to tell you a little more about ourselves: where we came from, what we’ve built over the past quarter of a century, and the awards we’ve received along the way.

We don’t want you to take our word for it. We’d rather show you the facts, the numbers, and our story, so you can decide for yourself whether we’re the company you want to trust with your future.

Where Novisa Development came from

Our story begins in 2001 and, interestingly enough, it started with a very personal dream. We wanted to fulfil our own dream of a real home, so we founded a development company called Nasze Miasteczko Development. We quickly realized we weren’t alone. Thousands of other families were searching for a place they could truly call home.

At first, we focused on smaller residential developments near Warsaw. Among our earliest projects were Osiedle Stokrotki in Mysiadło and Nasze Miasteczko in Zgorzała. The latter even carried the name of our original brand.

In 2010, we underwent a complete rebranding and adopted the name we proudly use today – Novisa Development. Our first headquarters was located at 405 Puławska Street in Warsaw. Today, our main office is based at 53 Cieślewskich Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, right next to our Ogrody Przyjaciół and Apartamenty Przyjaciół developments. We currently operate four sales offices: in Białołęka (49 Cieślewskich Street), Nowa Wola (126 Krasickiego Street), Łódź (296 Pabianicka Street), and Gdańsk (2B Morenowa Street).

Milestones and our story at a glance

Rather than telling you who we are in general terms, we’d rather show you the key moments that shaped our company:

Today, after more than 25 years in business, we’ve completed 55 residential developments and delivered over 4,400 homes and apartments. We’ve also been a proud member of the Polish Association of Developers for 19 years, an organization that represents companies committed to the highest industry standards.

Novisa’s awards and recognitions

Awards don’t build homes on their own, but they do confirm that the direction we’ve chosen is the right one. Here’s a selection of the recognitions we’ve received over the years:

• 2014 – Most Prestigious Residential Development Award (Otodom.pl competition) for Potoki Residence
• 2016 – Developer of the Year awarded by the National Certification Office
• 2022 – WIZJERY ’22 Award in the category “Best Use of Eco Trends in a Residential Development” for the rain gardens at Miasto Ogród
• 2023 – 3rd place in the semKRK Awards 2023, Google Ads category (together with AdPeak agency)
• 2025 – WIZJERY ’25 Distinction in the category “Best Promotional Campaign for a Residential Development” for the Slow Wilanów campaign
• 2026 – Happy Neighbourhood Developer Certificate for the shared spaces at Miasto Ogród 6, Nova Magdalenka 4 and Nova Magdalenka 5
• 2026 – Winner of the Eagles of Real Estate 2026 plebiscite
• 2026 – 2nd place in the Tabelaofert.pl ranking in the category “Comfort & Space for Generations” for Wille przy Lesie

These recognitions come from many different areas – from the quality of our residential developments and sustainable solutions to marketing campaigns and the everyday experience of our residents. That diversity means the most to us because it shows that we care about every stage of creating a neighbourhood.

There’s one thing worth noticing: we started with boutique housing estates near Warsaw, and today we’re also building in Łódź and the Tri-City area. That growth isn’t accidental. It’s the result of a proven approach that we’ve successfully brought to new regions while staying true to what makes Novisa different: intimate locations, attention to detail, and neighbourhoods designed for family life.

The values that guide us every day

What makes this consistency possible? For years, we’ve based our work on the same four pillars:

• Our Integrated Development Process – every stage of a residential project, from design and construction to sales and after-sales service, is managed within one organization. This allows us to take full responsibility for every detail.
• Transparent pricing from day one – our prices were published on our website long before the amendment to the Polish Development Act made price disclosure mandatory.
• Life at your own pace – instead of following the rush of big cities, we choose peaceful, safe locations surrounded by greenery while maintaining excellent connections to urban areas.
• We build as if it were for ourselves – with solid craftsmanship, long-term quality, and no compromises. After all, everything began with our own dream of a real home.

Since launching our own construction division in 2017, we’ve had even greater control over quality. Most of our developments are built by our own teams rather than relying entirely on subcontractors, giving us better oversight of workmanship and delivery schedules.
