Our Miasto Ogród 6 residential estate in Ożarów Mazowiecki has been recognized in the Happy Neighborhoods competition, organized by Otodom in cooperation with the Polish Association of Developers and Milka.

The Happy Neighborhoods competition was an initiative aimed at recognizing residential developments that encourage good neighborly relationships and create spaces where people simply enjoy living. The organizers focused not only on architecture itself, but also on the quality of shared spaces, the presence of greenery, and areas for relaxation and community integration.

We are very pleased to be among the winners of this competition. As a leader in single-family housing construction in Poland, we have been designing residential estates with families and everyday comfort in mind for many years. We are well known for our single-family housing developments, which makes us especially proud that it was Miasto Ogród 6 that received this recognition. It is a multifamily residential estate, yet still designed in the spirit of intimacy and close neighborhood connections.

The distinction in the competition inspired us to organize a Neighborhood Gathering – an event for current and future residents of our estates. On May 29, International Neighbors Day, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we will meet at the Miasto Ogród 6 estate at 5 Piłsudskiego Street in Ożarów Mazowiecki. Admission to the event is open – come with your family, friends, or simply out of curiosity.

We have planned catering, relaxation zones, community games and activities, board games with prizes, and activities for children (supervised by an animator). We have also prepared special surveys and a space for conversations about how residents see their estate and what they expect from neighborhood life. There will also be an opportunity to share your “superpower” – a skill or talent you can contribute to the local community.

The entire event will have a relaxed, neighborly atmosphere – like a gathering of people who simply live next door to one another. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour an apartment at Miasto Ogród 6 and houses in the neighboring estate Miasto Ogród 5. It is a perfect opportunity to get to know the area, the people, and the atmosphere that shapes this place every day.

Miasto Ogród 6 – A Completed Residential Estate in Ożarów Mazowiecki

Miasto Ogród 6 is a completed residential estate located in the developing part of Ożarów Mazowiecki. The investment includes three buildings and a total of 120 apartments ranging from 39 to 84 m².

On the ground floors, we offer apartments with private gardens, while the upper floors feature apartments with balconies. From the beginning, the estate has attracted families with children, couples, and investors looking for residential communities close to Warsaw.
