Recent photos from the construction site, which you can see here, mainly showed the site and foundations. At first glance, it might have seemed that not much was happening.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The past weeks have been very intense – not only on the construction site, but also in the factory. It was there that the elements of prefabricated houses were created.
Today, the results of this work are already visible on site. More structures are appearing, and the estate is beginning to take on real shape. We have prepared new photos and materials from the construction site for you.
A few words about Osiedle Stokrotki
Osiedle Stokrotki is being developed in Boryszew, beyond Warsaw’s districts of Wawer and Radość.
It is a calm, green area, ideal for families – a safe space for children, perfect for everyday walks and exploring the world together.
At the same time, the location provides convenient access to Warsaw, both by car and suburban rail. A parcel locker will be installed right at the entrance to the estate, and additionally:
- schools and kindergartens – just a few minutes by car
- grocery store – about a 15-minute walk
- Majaland Warsaw (a paradise for children) – about 3 km from the estate
- Boryszew 02 bus stop (with connections to Józefów and Otwock) – about 850 meters
- access to S17 or A2 routes – 6 to 10 minutes
This place is aesthetic, functional and – above all – cost-effective. Both the price of the house and the future maintenance costs remain at a very affordable level. Low service fees, around PLN 3.5 per m², and modern construction technology help reduce operating costs in the future. 3- and 5-room houses, with private gardens and two parking spaces, can be a perfect place to live for your family. And what does the construction look like today? Let’s check it out!
What does the construction of a prefabricated housing estate look like?
Work on the estate is being carried out simultaneously in several stages.
In the second stage, we are installing windows and building partition walls in prefabricated houses. Next, we assemble prefabricated structures that arrive ready-made from the factory. The first stage is carried out using traditional construction technology, and we are currently building the load-bearing walls of the buildings.
At the same time, we are preparing for the next steps – in the near future we will begin the construction of water and sewage networks within the estate.
In the following stages of the investment, foundations for additional prefabricated houses are also being built. A characteristic feature of prefabricated technology is that part of the work takes place outside the construction site. The results are only visible during assembly, which is carried out very quickly and efficiently.
A house at the price of an apartment?
Yes, it’s really possible. Semi-detached houses at Osiedle Stokrotki are very popular – and it’s easy to see why.
It combines private space, a garden, and a peaceful environment with a price that remains a real alternative to an apartment in Warsaw.
We invite you to our sales office – let’s talk about your new home.
