Construction of the Janczewice Estate – 3-Room Apartments Ready for Move-In at Osiedle Młodych

At Osiedle Młodych in Janczewice, just 4 km from the Warsaw border, we are now handing over apartments to their new owners. A few days ago, we visited the construction site to see firsthand what the development in Janczewice looks like. We checked out the pond on the estate, the common areas – of which there are plenty – as well as the buildings, gardens, and balconies.

Apartments near Warsaw – a few words about the development

Osiedle Młodych is a complex of modern 3-room apartments with sizes ranging from 55 to 62 m². Each ground-floor apartment has its own garden, while upper-floor apartments come with a balcony. Construction progress in Janczewice – March 2026 update

The construction is already at an advanced stage, and further work is progressing according to schedule:

• Phases 1–5 – apartments are currently being handed over to buyers. Landscaping works are ongoing in the common areas.
• Phases 6–7 – we have completed flooring installation and installed electrical fittings, radiators, and boilers. At the same time, external works are in progress, including road and surface construction.
• Phases 8–10 – roofing works have been completed and façade works are nearing completion. The interiors of the units have been plastered, and we are currently laying cement screeds.

The entire project is looking better every day, and the thoughtfully designed shared spaces show how important residents’ comfort is to us.
