Osiedle Stokrotki – the first photo report from the construction site in Boryszew

12 March 2026

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

For the first time we went to see the construction site in Boryszew. It is a peaceful locality in the Wiązowna municipality where our modern prefabricated housing estate is being built – Osiedle Stokrotki.

We started preparing the construction site already in November – fencing, site facilities and marking the area. That is why we set off with great curiosity to see the first results of the work.

Prefabricated houses – what does it actually mean?

The construction of prefabricated houses differs from traditional construction in several key aspects.

The first steps – earthworks and foundations – look very similar. At the construction site we prepare excavations and solid foundations that will serve as the base for further work. Meanwhile, walls and all structural elements are manufactured in a factory, from where they will soon be delivered to us. A special transport will bring the ready-made modules to the construction site, where they will be assembled together like building blocks.

What does this mean for future residents?

– Perfectly smooth walls – you can start painting immediately, without the need for additional finishing plaster.

– Precise room geometry – the walls are created in special molds, making them identical and highly repeatable.

– Better acoustics – even the walls shared with neighbors (the estate consists of semi-detached houses) provide improved sound insulation.

What does the construction site of Osiedle Stokrotki look like?

At the moment there is not much visible in the photos – mainly foundations. But even now you can feel the character of the place: a nearby forest, single-family houses around, and a bus stop right next to the fence.

Soon the first prefabricated modules will arrive, and then the construction will gain incredible momentum – visible progress will appear day by day.
