The spring wind has also arrived in Sulejówek. Spring is just getting started and our construction is in full swing – it has been going on for almost a year now. Let’s check the progress and read the latest updates straight from the construction site.

Where is Osiedle Słoneczne located?

The estate is being built on Szklarniowa Street in a peaceful, quiet part of Sulejówek – 2.5 km from the railway station, where direct SKM trains take residents straight to the center of Warsaw. It is an intimate terraced housing estate with private gardens – an ideal place for families with children. A safe neighborhood and friendly surroundings guarantee the peace and comfort parents are looking for.

Working in Warsaw? From the estate to the city center it’s about 20 km, which means around 30 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train from the Sulejówek railway station.

What is the construction progress?

The construction of the estate is moving forward rapidly. We plan to complete the first homes by the end of 2026. And what is happening on the construction site today?

– Buildings from phase one already have roofs and insulation. Plastering has been completed, and we are now starting to pour the floors.

– In phase two, all partition walls are already in place and we are finishing the installation of windows. At the same time, we are working on electrical installations and roof covering.

– Preparations for phase three are underway – we are about to start work on the foundations.
