What is the difference between developer standard and turnkey standard?
The developer standard includes a basic level of finishing, where the apartment in a “raw” state is prepared for further work but is not yet ready for occupancy.
On the other hand, the turnkey standard means comprehensive finishing, which includes painting walls, laying floors, tiles, sanitary and electrical installations, and fully equipping the bathroom.

3. Execution stage – After taking over the apartment and handing over the keys, we conduct an inventory and carry out the project within 10-14 weeks, depending on the area.

1. Consultation with the Architect and selection of the package.
2. Signing the contract.
3. Selection of materials, design work.
4. Approval of the project, project documentation.
5. Finishing works, supervision by the coordinator and architect.
