In Jazgarzewszczyzna, south of Warsaw, a new housing estate of single-family homes is being developed \u2013 Wille przy Lesie<\/strong><\/span>.<\/a> Each house features a rooftop terrace, two parking spaces, underfloor heating with a heat pump, and a private garden. It\u2019s a combination of modern technology, high-quality workmanship, and a functional interior layout.<\/em>Interest in the project is enormous \u2013 only one house remains from the first stage, and two more stages have just gone on sale. There\u2019s still a wide selection available, but the pace of sales shows it\u2019s worth acting fast.<\/em><\/p>

What is the progress on the construction site?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Recently, our team visited the construction site to see and document the latest work. The project is progressing according to schedule, and the buildings from the first stage of construction<\/strong> have already taken shape.<\/p>

The main progress in buildings 1\u20134<\/strong>:
– Masonry work<\/strong> on external and partition walls has been completed.
– PVC window joinery<\/strong> and door frames have been installed in most buildings.
– Roof coverings<\/strong> have been completed on almost all buildings.
– Vertical installations<\/strong> have been made \u2013 water and sewage, central heating, and ventilation systems.
– Work on waterproofing insulation<\/strong> of the ground floor has begun.<\/p>

In the coming weeks, we plan to:
– install aluminum joinery in the attics,
– start facade work,
– carry out internal electrical installations,
– complete utility networks: water, sewage, electrical, and power systems around the buildings.<\/p>

In the next stage of the project, structural work is progressing rapidly<\/strong> \u2013 walls, ceilings, and new house levels are being constructed.<\/p>

Completion of the first stage of construction is planned for the second half of 2026.<\/p>

Wille przy Lesie \u2013 a new housing estate near Warsaw<\/span><\/strong><\/p>
