However, if you plan to spend long hours working from home, consider investing in a height-adjustable desk<\/strong>, which allows you to work both sitting and standing. Although they are more expensive, you can find used ones in great condition on online marketplaces (e.g., OLX) or Facebook groups. Such a desk can be perfectly adjusted to your height and work style.<\/p>

Equally important is a good office chair \u2013 if you spend many hours at your computer, neglecting to invest in a comfortable, ergonomic chair can harm your spine and overall well-being. Don\u2019t use dining chairs or lounge armchairs, and definitely don\u2019t work from bed<\/strong>. A good chair should support your lower back, allow seat and backrest height adjustment, and provide stable and comfortable posture throughout the day.<\/p>

How to take care of your health while working remotely?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

It\u2019s easy to lose track of time when working remotely. We often sit for hours without a break, which leads to tension and muscle pain. The so-called \u201cposterior chain\u201d \u2013 the muscles of the neck, back, glutes, and hamstrings \u2013 suffers the most.<\/p>
