Many families face this choice. Life in the suburbs is different from life in the city, and it is worth knowing what you are signing up for.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In this article, we take an honest look at the <strong>pros and cons of living in the suburbs<\/strong>. For many families, that is a good compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-advantages-of-living-in-the-suburbs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Advantages of living in the suburbs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>More space at home.<\/strong> In the suburbs, it is easier to find a house with a separate home office, several bedrooms and room for your family&#8217;s plans. In the two communities described below, houses range from <strong>65 m\u00b2<\/strong> (Nova Magdalenka 7) to <strong>150 m\u00b2<\/strong> (Wille przy Lesie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your own garden.<\/strong> Your child can play in the sandbox, pour water from one bucket to another and get muddy up to the elbows, while you keep an eye on them from the kitchen or living room. You do not have to pack a bag and walk to a distant playground. These are people who chose the place deliberately, take care of their surroundings and want peace for themselves and their children. Neighbors quickly become familiar faces, which gives you a sense of security and makes it easier to let your children play near the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lower community maintenance costs.<\/strong> In a community of houses, you do not pay for elevators, underground garages or large common areas. At Nova Magdalenka 7, the monthly fee is approx. <strong>PLN 3 per m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stress-free parking.<\/strong> Your parking space is right by the house. Here are the most important things to consider before you move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You use the car more often.<\/strong> You will usually drive to work, to school or to do bigger shopping. That is why, when choosing a location, check access to main roads, and ideally drive your commute at rush hour before you buy. From Nova Magdalenka 7, you can reach the center of Warsaw in approx. <strong>25 minutes<\/strong>. That is why it is worth choosing a community with services nearby. At Nova Magdalenka 7, there is a minimarket <strong>600 m<\/strong> from the community, and right next to it the <strong>Nova Magdalenka Retail Park<\/strong> with shops and services is being built. From Wille przy Lesie, the nearest preschool is <strong>900 m<\/strong> away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The house and garden need care.<\/strong> Mowing the lawn, trimming the hedge or raking leaves in autumn are new chores. The houses themselves have <strong>140\u2013152 m\u00b2<\/strong>, <strong>6 rooms<\/strong>, gardens of <strong>97\u2013336 m\u00b2<\/strong>, rooftop terraces and a heat pump with underfloor heating. Prices start from <strong>PLN 1,319,000<\/strong>, and <strong>4 houses<\/strong> are still available.
