We wanted to fulfil our own dream of a real home, so we founded a development company called <strong>Nasze Miasteczko Development<\/strong>. We quickly realized we weren&#8217;t alone. Thousands of other families were searching for a place they could truly call home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At first, we focused on smaller residential developments near Warsaw. Among our earliest projects were Osiedle Stokrotki in Mysiad\u0142o and Nasze Miasteczko in Zgorza\u0142a. The latter even carried the name of our original brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2010, we underwent a complete rebranding and adopted the name we proudly use today \u2013 <strong>Novisa Development<\/strong>. Our first headquarters was located at 405 Pu\u0142awska Street in Warsaw. Today, our main office is based at 53 Cie\u015blewskich Street in Warsaw&#8217;s Bia\u0142o\u0142\u0119ka district, right next to our Ogrody Przyjaci\u00f3\u0142 and Apartamenty Przyjaci\u00f3\u0142 developments. We currently operate four sales offices: in Bia\u0142o\u0142\u0119ka (49 Cie\u015blewskich Street), Nowa Wola (126 Krasickiego Street), \u0141\u00f3d\u017a (296 Pabianicka Street), and Gda\u0144sk (2B
