At first glance, it might have seemed that not much was happening.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nothing could be further from the truth.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The past weeks have been very intense \u2013 not only on the construction site, but also in the factory. It was there that the elements of <\/em><strong><em>prefabricated houses<\/em><\/strong><em> were created.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Today, the results of this work are already visible on site. More structures are appearing, and the estate is beginning to take on real shape. We have prepared new photos and materials from the construction site for you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kilka-slow-o-osiedlu-stokrotki\"><strong>A few words about Osiedle Stokrotki<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/novisa.pl\/en\/investment\/osiedle-stokrotki\/\" type=\"investment\" id=\"2754\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Osiedle Stokrotki<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> is being developed in Boryszew, <strong>beyond Warsaw\u2019s districts of Wawer and Rado\u015b\u0107<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a calm, green area, ideal for families \u2013 <strong>a safe space for children<\/strong>, perfect for everyday walks and exploring the world together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the location provides <strong>convenient access to Warsaw<\/strong>, both by car and suburban rail. A parcel locker will be installed right at the entrance to the estate, and additionally:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>schools and kindergartens \u2013 just a few minutes by car<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grocery store \u2013 about a 15-minute walk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Majaland Warsaw (a paradise for children) \u2013 about 3 km from the estate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boryszew 02 bus stop (with connections to J\u00f3zef\u00f3w and Otwock) \u2013 about 850 meters&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to S17 or A2 routes \u2013 6 to 10 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This place is aesthetic, functional and \u2013 above all \u2013 cost-effective. Both the <strong>price of the house<\/strong> and the future maintenance costs remain at a <strong>very affordable level<\/strong>. <strong>Low service fees<\/strong>, around PLN 3.5 per m\u00b2, and <strong>modern construction technology<\/strong> help <strong>reduce operating costs<\/strong> in the future. 3- and 5-room houses, with private gardens and <strong>two parking spaces<\/strong>, can be a perfect place to live for your family. Let\u2019s check it out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jak-wyglada-budowa-osiedla-z-prefabrykatow\"><strong>What does the construction of a prefabricated housing estate look like?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Work on the estate is being carried out simultaneously in several stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the second stage, we are installing windows and building partition walls<\/strong> in prefabricated houses. Next, <strong>we assemble prefabricated structures<\/strong> that arrive ready-made from the factory. <strong>The first stage<\/strong> is carried out using <strong>traditional construction technology<\/strong>, and we are currently building the <strong>load-bearing walls of the buildings.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, we are preparing for the next steps \u2013 in the near future we will begin the construction of water and sewage networks within the estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the following stages of the investment, foundations for additional prefabricated houses are also being built. <strong>A characteristic feature of prefabricated technology<\/strong> is that part of the work takes place outside the construction site. The results are only visible during assembly, which is carried out very quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dom-w-cenie-mieszkania\"><strong>A house at the price
