Online, you can often come across photos of flooded streets or properties, accompanied by comments about poorly designed infrastructure.<\/em><\/p>   <p><em>In practice, the problem very often does not result from the lack of a system, but from its improper use or situations in which the housing community, for various reasons, has not activated it correctly.<\/em><\/p>   <p><em>That is why in this article we want to show how a rainwater drainage system works in a modern residential development \u2013 using the example of the Nova Magdalenka 7 investment.<\/em><\/p>   <div class=\"wp-block-yoast-seo-table-of-contents yoast-table-of-contents\"><h2><strong>Table of contents:<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><a href=\"#h-nova-magdalenka-osiedle-ktore-dziala-jak-male-miasteczko\" data-level=\"2\">Nova Magdalenka \u2013 a development that works like a small town<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#h-system-deszczowki-na-osiedlu-deweloperskim\" data-level=\"2\">Rainwater system in a residential development<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#h-co-sie-dzieje-z-woda-deszczowa-na-osiedlu\" data-level=\"2\">What happens to rainwater in the development?<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#h-osiedle-od-lidera-w-budownictwie-jednorodzinnym-w-polsce\" data-level=\"2\">A development from a leader in single-family housing construction in Poland<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nova-magdalenka-osiedle-ktore-dziala-jak-male-miasteczko\"><strong>Nova Magdalenka \u2013 a development that works like a small town<\/strong><\/h2>   <p>Nova Magdalenka is a large residential project in S\u0142omin, which already includes over 650 inhabited houses with gardens.<\/p>   <p>Another 210 new units are currently under construction and for sale \u2013 this is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/novisa.pl\/en\/investment\/nova-magdalenka-7\/\" type=\"investment\" id=\"416\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Nova Magdalenka 7<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>   <p>The estate already includes a \u017babka store, parcel lockers, and playgrounds. They are then collected in independent sets of underground, sealed retention tanks.<\/p>   <p>This is where the first stage of water control and management takes place.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-co-sie-dzieje-z-woda-deszczowa-na-osiedlu\"><strong>What happens to rainwater in the development?<\/strong><\/h2>   <p>Water collected in the <strong>retention tanks<\/strong> is then directed to special pre-treatment devices \u2013 oil and petroleum substance separators.<\/p>   <p>Thanks to this, the <strong>system removes pollutants<\/strong> that may have accumulated on paved surfaces such as roads or parking areas.<\/p>   <p>Only after this stage is the water <strong>pumped<\/strong> \u2013 using pumping stations and pressure pipelines \u2013 to a shared open infiltration and evaporation reservoir.<\/p>   <p>This reservoir is responsible for the final management of rainwater and meltwater through infiltration into the ground and partial evaporation.<\/p>   <p><strong>The reservoir has been designed with a large safety capacity margin<\/strong>, which increases the reliability of the entire system even during heavy rainfall.
