Even in neighborhoods like Wola, Mokot\u00f3w, or Ursyn\u00f3w, prices for apartments in modern buildings often exceed 20,000 PLN per m\u00b2, making it so that with <strong>700,000 PLN<\/strong>, you can only get a small<strong> two-room apartment of about 40 square meters<\/strong>.<br>Now, think about it \u2013 is 40 or 50 m\u00b2 really that much? It&#8217;s a small space, often with just one bedroom where barely a bed fits, and no garden.
