Domy na Witosa – what kind of estate is it?

Domy na Witosa is a residential estate of semi-detached buildings. Currently, we offer 4-room apartments—ground-floor units with a private garden or upper-floor units with a balcony—at very attractive prices. The estate is family-friendly: we have planned a playground right in the heart of the development, and across the street there is a kindergarten. Right next door is a bus stop with direct connections to nearby primary schools or the Radzymin railway station, and from there a convenient commute to Warsaw. Thanks to its exceptionally low price, the investment qualifies for the Family Housing Loan program, which means you can buy an apartment without a down payment. What is the construction progress on the estate?

The construction of Domy na Witosa is proceeding according to schedule, and the results are already clearly visible:

in the first buildings, the structural walls of the ground floor and upper floor have already been completed,
we are currently carrying out ring beam pouring works,
in the next buildings, we are constructing floor slabs and upper-floor walls,
in parallel, foundation slabs and ground-floor structures are being built in subsequent stages of the investment.
