Spring has arrived near Piaseczno, and in the Wille przy Lesie estate, you can see more and more changes every day. – In stage two (buildings 1–4), facade works are underway. On the upper floors, we are completing rooftop terrace insulation, while inside the houses we are plastering walls, laying floor layers, and installing underfloor heating.
– In stage one (buildings 5–9), we have completed the structural construction along with roof trusses and partition walls. We are now preparing for roofing as well as window and door installation. Electrical installations will also begin soon.
– In stage three (buildings 10–14), we are at the beginning of structural works. Most of the foundation slabs have already been poured, and we are currently building ground floor walls and preparing the first floor slab.
– Across the entire estate, we have already completed the access road from Krzywa Street and installed rainwater tanks. A large part of the sanitary and stormwater drainage system is ready, and we are now starting work on the water supply and power networks.
Everything is progressing according to schedule, and the coming weeks will bring even more visible results.
