A few days ago we visited the Arkady Walendów estate to check the progress of the construction works live. Equipped with a drone, camera, and solid thermal clothing, we headed to the construction site to prepare an up-to-date report for you. Here is a summary of the past months wrapped in a winter atmosphere.
Brief introduction to the estate
Arkady Walendów is a gated community of semi-detached, terraced, and detached houses being developed just 10 km from the border of Warsaw. In the immediate vicinity there are allotment gardens, right next to it the Sękocin Forest, opposite a slightly smaller forest, and to the right – the Utrata River. This means plenty of space for walks, jogging, cycling, or family outdoor activities. There are nurseries and kindergartens nearby, and in the very heart of the estate we have planned a playground. It’s a place created especially for families. Nadarzyn, about 2 km away, can be reached by residents in 15 minutes by direct bus from the estate or in 5 minutes by car. And Warsaw? The city center is about 25 minutes away via the S8 or S79 routes.
What’s happening on the construction site? Progress update – February 2026
We started construction in the autumn of last year, and the results are already clearly visible. In the first three semi-detached buildings, the ground-floor load-bearing walls, ceilings, and upper-floor structures are already in place. The next step is roofing work, which will begin very soon! In the next rows, the foundation slabs are ready and we are preparing to erect the structural walls.
