In the latest construction photos from Radzymin, we could still see a light layer of snow. Today, the landscape looks completely different – everything is green and alive. From a bird’s-eye view, you can clearly see how much the entire estate has changed. The houses are becoming larger and more defined. A few words about the new estate in Radzymin

Domy na Witosa is a development for families looking for a peaceful place to live without giving up the convenience of the city. The offer includes both apartments with gardens or balconies, as well as two-storey houses with private gardens. Unit sizes range from 53 to 82 m².

Each unit has its own assigned parking space, ensuring real comfort for residents.

Opposite the estate there is a kindergarten, and right next to it a bus stop, from which you can easily reach the train station. The area is dominated by low-rise buildings, meadows, and greenery – life in this part of the city is calmer and more natural. At the same time, everything needed for everyday life – shops and services – is just a few minutes away. Construction of the estate began in the last quarter of last year. And today? How is the construction in Radzymin progressing? Photo report

Work on the estate is progressing according to schedule, and the next stages are already clearly visible on site.

In stages 1A and 1B, we have already completed the building structures along with the roofs. Partition walls and water-sewage and ventilation risers are also finished. We are currently starting electrical installations in these buildings. In the near future, we plan to begin façade work, plastering, and floor screeds.

In stage 2A, we have completed the foundation slabs. We are currently constructing the ground-floor structural walls and preparing for the installation of ceilings.

In stage 2B, the foundation slabs have also been completed. We will soon begin masonry work.

At the Radzymin construction site, the next buildings are clearly visible today – the entire estate is taking shape.
