In the spring of last year, we began construction of the Osiedle Słoneczne development in Sulejówek, and the investment looks better every month.
Terraced houses are being built in stages, and we are currently offering the final stage of the development for sale.
Let’s take a look at the progress of the works and what can already be seen on the construction site today.
Residential estate in Sulejówek
Osiedle Słoneczne is an intimate estate of houses with gardens, inspired by traditional architecture and a family-oriented lifestyle.
The development includes 82 terraced houses with three or four rooms. Each unit is two-storey with a classic, convenient layout separating the living and private zones.
Some houses feature a practical storage room with an external entrance – an ideal place for bicycles, strollers, or garden tools. This is a convenient solution well known from traditional family homes.

What does the construction of Osiedle Słoneczne look like?
Construction work is carried out simultaneously across several stages of the development, each at a different level of progress.
Stage 1
In the first stage, we are already very close to completing the façade works.
We have completed internal installations, plastering, and flooring. We have started work on gypsum board ceilings and groundworks for external installations.
This is the stage where the estate already looks very concrete, and the final character of the development is clearly visible.
Stage 2
In the second stage, we have completed concealed internal installations. We are currently working on under-floor installations.
We are also halfway through plastering works, starting screeding works and the first façade works.
Stage 3
In row 5, we have already completed the load-bearing elements of the ground floor – walls, ceiling slab, and stairs. The load-bearing elements of the upper floor are currently about 60% complete.
In row 6, we have completed the load-bearing ground floor walls.
This is the moment when the building forms become clearly visible.
Stage 4
In the latest stage, we have completed sewage installations under the foundation slab of row 8, and the next step will be the start of foundation works.
In row 7, we have already completed the sub-base for the foundation slab.
This is the stage that currently offers the widest selection of available homes – end and middle units, 3- and 4-room layouts, and the best window exposure to the east and west.
