For years, we have been building residential developments in Ożarów Mazowiecki and we understand well the needs of people looking for their place to live in this area. Miasto Ogród 5 is our proposal for more demanding clients. In March, we went to Ożarów to see with our own eyes what the construction of houses looks like and what stage the works are at. Curious? Here is a short photo report from the construction site.
What makes Miasto Ogród 5 stand out?
This is an intimate development of semi-detached houses – there are only 16 units, which ensures peace and a friendly neighborhood. There are two access points to the investment – from Dmowskiego and Widok streets, which further increases residents’ comfort.
The houses offer 4 or 5 rooms and sizes ranging from 106 to 134 m², providing great flexibility in interior design. It is a space for families who need more – both in terms of size and functionality.
Each house comes standard with a garage and a parking space right next to the entrance, a pantry, two bathrooms, and a private garden.
The development is scheduled for completion in autumn this year. Importantly – only one house in developer standard remains available. This may be your last chance to live in this investment.
What does the house construction in Ożarów look like?
There is clear progress visible on the construction site, and the development is approaching its final stage.
Currently:
- paving works are ongoing – sidewalks and the internal road are being built, and in the next step contractors will level the garden areas,
- inside the buildings, ceiling works using drywall panels are underway – including insulation and ceiling structure preparation,
- ahead of us is the installation of finishing elements in common and external areas, such as garage doors, lighting, and infrastructure elements (e.g. waste collection areas).
The estate already looks almost like in the visualizations. It is becoming easier to imagine everyday life here.
