Do you know who Stolem was?
In Kashubian legends, Stolems are giants who inhabited these lands centuries ago. They possessed superhuman strength, capable of tossing huge boulders, creating hills and spits. They are credited with shaping the Kashubian landscape. All the hills and valleys, irregular coastlines, and picturesque viewpoints are remnants of their games and struggles.
According to some tales, they were harsh and unfriendly towards people. Other sources say they helped people daily and lived in harmony with them. One thing remains constant – it is thanks to their strength and presence that the unique, undulating landscape of Kashubia was created, which we can admire every day.

Wróbla Pond, or Jasień Reservoir right next to the Dolina Strzyży Nature Reserve – these are places where you can truly breathe.

What does developer's standard mean?
Homes in developer’s standard at the Wille Stolema estate are fully prepared for finishing works, but are not yet furnished. The developer’s standard includes all key technical elements: plastered walls, concrete screeds on floors, installed windows and exterior doors, as well as a complete set of installations – electrical, water and sewage, and heating (with a furnace). The developer’s standard does not include: smooth plaster and painted walls, floor finishes, stair finishes, door frames and interior doors, sanitary fittings, furniture, built-in furniture.

What is the maintenance fee amount?
Wille Stolema are low-service-charge homes – the service charge is approximately 3.5 PLN per m² of usable area.

Is it possible to view the property?
It is not possible to enter the Wille przy Lesie estate during construction until the occupancy permit is issued. The construction site is a zone with special health and safety regulations, and access is restricted to trained personnel equipped with appropriate protective clothing.
