    We are seeking plots located in urban areas and nearby suburbs (within 5–20 km of provincial capitals), with access roads and commercial/service infrastructure.

  • Zoning Conditions

    We are seeking land designated for residential development — ideally with a local zoning plan or issued development conditions.
